Use, scope, and purpose of storage and data processing

We store and process personal data for the purposes of maintaining contact with customers, marketing communications via email, sales promotion, customer profiling with the aim of tailoring content and product offers to customers in emails and on websites. When sending emails, we record views on the page of individual messages received and clicks on links in the messages received. For a better and more targeted offer and to tailor future messages, we automatically process, analyze, profile, and evaluate the recorded data to assess our customers' interest in the messages sent. We do not make automated decisions based on the recorded data and profiles created.

For the purpose of sending notifications by email, we store

We collect personal data with the explicit consent or agreement of individuals.
We use personal data for the following activities:

Sales
Marketing
Customer Support

Transfer
We store personal data collections in the Republic of Italy and do not transfer them to other countries.

Retention period
We store an individual's personal data until they revoke their consent to the storage and processing of their data.
After the individual revokes their consent, we immediately and permanently delete their personal data.

If our company ceases the above-described purposes for which we store and process personal data, we will immediately and permanently delete the data collections for which the purpose has ceased.

We store data on the display of received messages and clicks on links in received messages for 12 months after the message is sent.

Rights of individuals (persons)

Every individual may request the following regarding their data at any time:

Access
Correction
Complete Deletion
Transfer to another provider of similar services
Termination of processing and storage or withdrawal of consent for processing and storage, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent or agreement prior to its withdrawal.

The request can be sent by email to admin@ts360srl.com or in writing by post to the company's headquarters.

In the event that our company wishes to further process personal data for a purpose other than that for which the personal data was collected, we will provide the individual with information about this other purpose and all other relevant information as set out in this document prior to such further processing.

If the individual believes that we have violated their rights regarding the protection of their personal data in any way, they may file a complaint with the supervisory authority – the Information Commissioner in the Republic of Italy – at any time by emailing urp@gpdp.it.
