Salesforce Einstein Bots Configuration & Implementation Guide

I recorded a video walkthrough guide on how to configure a basic Standard Bots using the "Create from Scratch" option. Additionally, I created a written guide for configuring more specific and intermediate-advanced Bots.
For the latter, I took inspiration from Salesforce's "Einstein Bots Developer Cookbook", summarising and reorganising its resources to help users better understand the necessary Prerequisites and pre-work necessary before configuring the actual Bot. These include creating a Basic Chat Implementation, such as configuring Chat users, Assign Chat Skills, Agent Configurations, Chat Buttons, and then further personalise the chat implementation with Branding on Salesforce Sites.
After the Prerequisites, the guide moves on the actual Bot configuration. This includes setting up Greeting Messages, showing menu options to customers, and implementing basic recipes to gather initial information. Furthermore, it covers how to call Apex & Flow Actions, optimise the Bots with pre-chat data, implement NLP to understand Customer Intent, Generate Utterance, and enhance the Bot for Self-Service chats with Knowledge, Flows & Cases features.
Lastly, the guide shares suggestions for more advanced Bot Recipes. These include creating Dynamic Menus, retrieving context information from the Web, handling Intent Detection Failures, and Troubleshooting practices. Resources:
