ABOUT ME
I'm Andrea, a Salesforce Professional with a 5-year extensive hands-on experience in configuring, implementing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions. I also specialise in developing training content to empower users and enhance system adoption.

Beside my CRM and E-Commerce expertise with Salesforce and HubSpot,
in recent times I have extended my focus toward Web Development.
Throughout my entire career I have been consistently involved in roles encompassing Customer Service, Support, and Success for various industries. My first approach to Salesforce was as an end user at Meta in 2019, supporting their advertisement products through Service Cloud.
At the beginning of 2022, I was invited to join Salesforce's Service & Sales Cloud Technical Support Team in Dublin, where I managed customers' inquiries from initial evaluation, to final resolution, regularly updating customers on progresses, sharing valuable documentation, feedback, and best practices.
Halfway through 2023 I moved to Germany to work as a Salesforce Instructor, where I contributed and supervised a Salesforce Admin & Consultant course content development, helped training 180+ students, guiding them through customised real-world scenario projects, technical troubleshooting, and soft-skills enhancements.
Originally from Trst / Trieste, a very nice city by the sea and on the border with beautiful Slovenia, with a strong Mitteleuropean identity, I lived in Ireland (both Belfast and Dublin) for 4 years before moving to my current location in Köln / Cologne (Colonia Claudia Ara Agrippinensium for its close friends).
Beside all things tech, I am an avid music fan and a guitar player myself, a reader (mostly history, sci-fi, language, culture, and art stuff). Travelling and hiking are other passions of mine, growing in a place blessed to be at the crossroad between 3 cultures and surrounded by both sea and the mountains, I am naturally inclined to enjoy both landscapes.
