Advanced Administrator

This credential targets experienced Salesforce Admins, proficient at designing and maintaining configurations, advanced reports & dashboards creation, automate complex business processes, can demonstrate an understanding of administration recommended best practices, and are able to use the advanced features and functionality to solve a variety of business problems.

Professionals in this role must go beyond the standard and often rushed "just build it" mindset. Their main focus should be prioritising and achieving long-term and succesful implementations, over immediate completion. They should focus on sustainable, scalable and value-oriented solutions, following the below principles:
Unravel and understand clients' Business Processes, understanding When, Why and What to build based on actual business needs.
Validate and set clear expectations, confidently advocate when to say Yes or No, preventing misalignment or technical debt.
Regularly revisit the process after its implementation, ensuring results match intentions and the System evolves as business needs change in direction.
